My Policies
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for any session to secure/book your day/time. All deposits are applied to your total. Remaining balance must be paid in full by the day of our photo shoot/event.
My turnaround time for any intimate session that are two hours or less is about 1 to 6 full days. For any 4+ our events my turnaround time is roughly about 7–10 full days. (With possible sneak peaks included within 24 to 48 hours)
I have a grace period of 15 minutes to arrive to session that was originally booked, anything after the 15 minutes, a late fee of $25 will be applied to total and process in order to see your photos. Arriving late we deduct from session so please arrive on time. Anything after the 15 minute period will be canceled without any refunds.
To add additional time to your session, an additional fee will be added $140 per hour or 100 per half an hour
Any military or retired veteran, nurse/doctor, or first responder (fire/EMT/police) will receive $10 off any session. A badge and/or ID is required for verification. As well as returning clients. (This does not include any specials, events or mini sessions, and client is responsible for letting me know upon booking.)
For any reschedule circumstances, I must be aware of at least 24 hours in advance. It failed to communicate within 24 hour timeframe, you will be charged an extra $20 rescheduling fee that will be added to total.
I will be posting if not all, then most photos I take from every session, if you have any specifications on what photos you do not want me to post, that must be communicated to me by end of session.
I do not send raw images or re-edited photos once gallery has been sent.
I will be choosing the best images from entire session and edit those based on every detail, pose, and accuracy. I do not let my clients pick images they want and edited as I do not have the time to meet with each and every client to make that possible.
When you book me for a wedding or big event, I must be the only photographer for the event. If there is a secondary photographer, and I am unaware, I will not continue my services and no refund will be required.
I’m unable to hold dates without a deposit. If another client is ready to secure the same date with a deposit before you, I would need to move forward with their booking.
If you need to book a session within five days, the session must be paid in full.
All galleries will remain available for 30 days and will then be permanently removed from my records. Please be sure to download and save all photos to your device before the gallery expiration date to avoid losing access.
The client(s) shall reimburse for any additional cost. I may incur for parking or entry which is necessary to the performance of my service.
The client is responsible to inform you prior and date of session if needing/wanting a specific pose, scenery, or photo. If key moments are missed because this help is provided, I cannot be held responsible.
Traveling fees: anything from 1-2 hours away $100-$150, anything from 3-4+ hours away $175-$220, anything further will be discussed upon booking.
ALL deposits expire after 7 calendar days. Clients must schedule and confirm their session date and time within that period. If no booking is made within 7 days, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a session.
